Information you choose to share
The quote form asks for your name, preferred contact method, phone number or email, service city or ZIP code, requested service, and optional project details. Please avoid sending financial details or other sensitive information.
How an inquiry is handled
When email delivery is configured, the website sends your inquiry through Resend to apexwood01@gmail.com so Apex can discuss your estimate. The site does not store a separate customer database. The form shows confirmation only after the email service accepts the message; that is not a confirmed appointment or a guarantee that the message reached an inbox.
If delivery is unavailable, the form displays an error and keeps the entered details on the page for you to retry. Form details are not saved to browser storage. You can also call or email Apex directly.
Website operation and measurement
The hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and protect the site. Temporary request counters help limit spam. Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits and interactions such as quote clicks, form starts, accepted submissions, errors, and phone clicks. These events exclude names, phone numbers, email addresses, and project text. A phone click is not a completed call, and an accepted inquiry is not a booked job. A general source label, such as Google Business Profile or direct visit, may be kept in session storage and included with an inquiry to help Apex understand how customers find the business.
Retention and your questions
Email inquiries remain in Apex’s mailbox subject to its email handling practices. Contact Apex to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry. Email and hosting providers may retain operational records under their own policies.
