Sprinkler exposure or repeated water contact can leave visible spotting. Not every cloudy patch is surface dirt; staining, coatings, or failed seals may look similar. Explain how long the marks have been present.

Avoid guessing at treatment

Abrasives or unsuitable chemicals can damage glass and finishes. Ask for an assessment before attempting aggressive removal. Routine cleaning does not guarantee removal of all deposits or restoration of damaged glass.

Ask for a separate scope
